Some aspects of the directive, like exclusion rights on algorithm, seem to infringe with what's on the heart of our workflow and archive solutions: a model of basic principles of a constitutional state. As soon as these become law we might be forced to suspend provisions designed to protect intrusion resistance and legal certainty. How would we deal with that situation? Those guarantees will become options, which our customers will have to waive for law compliant operation. - We can solve that in the model, but we fear the consequences for the archetype.
