Softwarepatents will kill all innovation and progress in the software- and IT-business. They only help cementing existing monopolies.

The world's best solutions are free software solutions: stable, reliable and sustainable secure, because they are open to everyone. Just like the worlds best cryptographic algorithms are.

Softwarepatents are evil, because they do not protect real innovations (what is already done by copyright laws e.g.), but they protect ideas. This focuses, that the big players, the monopolists and oligopolists, are very much afraid to loose market share to the massive upcoming small and innovative players and real innovators. The real innovators are small and medium sized companies. They create jobs for thousands and are inventive and flexible.

Stopping softwarepatents also means averting existential dangers from thousands of companies like ours. No softwarepatents, no financial wars. No softwarepatents, more jobs, more opportunities, more variety, more security.
