Software companies can be founded today without big investment and programmers create products with high value out of nothing, which is offered to the free market. But software patents offer the possibility for patent trolls and enterprise companies to push small, innovative companies out of the market with unfair behaviour. This brings legal uncertainty, blocks innovation and cost us jobs. Thats why we say: No to software patents!
