Our products are used for data processing. It is absolutely impossible to verify the absence of monopol rights of others for all the ideas behind the parts of our programs. Applying ourselves for patents on these ideas is economic impractical.

The draft directive of the council brings no advantages, but fundamental business uncertainity. The abandonment of our company would not only cost our 4 jobs, but endless more at our customers. The European Parliament has to restrict the patentability of software more effective.
